Guests have spoken and we have listened! We are bringing back our popular "Islands, Lighthouses, and Castle Tour" for the 2022 season. This tour begins Monday, July 25th and will depart daily at 11:00am. This two hour tour through the "Heart of the 1000 Islands" makes no stops.

Our narrator/guide shares history of the area and points out highlights on a 20 mile journey through many of the islands between Clayton and Alexandria Bay. Sights include Boldt Castle on Heart Island, Sunken Rock Lighthouse on Bush island, Rock Island Lighthouse on Rock Island, Million dollar homes, Millionaires Row , and we may even get up close to a Greats Lakes Freighter or "Salty" as they travel the Seaway Shipping Channel to/from the Great Lakes and Ports around the world.

Kay’s Kitchen at Clayton Island Tours

In 2014 the owner of Clayton Island Tours saw the need to offer concessions for guests to enjoy on-shore or to carry aboard tours of the St. Lawrence River. A food truck was purchased, offered a basic menu (Hamburgers and Hot dogs) and called it CIT concessions. Over the years the menu grew, we began offering picnics-to-go, and outgrew the food truck. In 2020 we have a brand new 18 x 20 concession trailer with a commercial kitchen and all the amenities! We also have a new picnic area overlooking the grounds and the River. We invite you to stop by for breakfast, lunch, or to pick up an order to go!
