What have you all been up to??... Oh us? ...Not only are we cleaning but also doing Quality control checks for the rental properties 😁.
Let's face it, investors are buying property in the city but may not have time to manage the renovations, that's where we stepped in.
Checking plumbing, electrical, and of course cosmetic details, following up with the vendor to make changes and making sure it's really "rent ready" 😉
We are open to partnership with local realtors and investors looking for an extra pair of eyes on your properties renovations as well as a full cleaning after !
