Roney Guest House opens Fall/Winter Rooms for Rent at highly discounted winter rates.

Beautiful Cody, Wyoming Guest House offers Shared Spaces and amenities.

Perfect for traveling nurses, teachers, Cody short-term business, or those who love the mountains for the winter!

Oct 1-May 1 ( possibly available Sept 15). Rooms can be viewed in person after September 2. Month-to-month or 3-6 months lease only.

4 Rooms - each rented individually. Maximum of 5 guests allowed by City of Cody; therefore 1 renter/room. I can allow 2 in one guest room only.

Beds, Mattresses & Box Springs NEW 2021 (except King)

(Rented) Royal Splendor - 1 Queen, 1 Twin; Shared whirlpool bath Bathroom

(Available) Knights Quarters - 1 Antique Double; Shared whirlpool bath Bathroom

(Available) Victorian King - 1 King; Private Bath (On hold currently until Sept 12)

(Rented) Darling Duchess & Office - Rented

House is 2800 square feet on 1st & 2nd floor. Bedrooms are all on 2nd floor. (3700 square feet total house size, but basement is not included.)

Shared Spaces include Living Room; Dining Room; Dinette; Kitchen; Main floor 3/4 Bath; Laundry Room; Back Patio/Yard; and Front Porch. Free Laundry included.

Free Front Street Parking for 4 vehicles and Back Driveway Parking for 2-3 Vehicles.

Garage is not included.

$750 per room per month - includes utilities, Wi-Fi, Roku TV; and a Vivint Alarm System. I provide bi-weekly cleaning of shared spaces as needed. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, and appliances. (No microwave)

Rules are strict! It is a no-smoking, non-substance abuse home. Edit - House is full for Winter 2023-2024. Wonderful Guests!

And it must be kept in incredible condition for our Summer Yellowstone Tourist Season, as well as for our other winter renters!

No Pets

References required. $500 deposit.
