Upon arrival at Lakeview Pines, you enter the main floor and are welcomed by floor-to-ceiling windows lining the great room and illuminating the spectacular view of Lake Coeur d’Alene. The vaulted wood beam ceiling, candelabra chandelier, gas fireplace and cozy couch and armchairs make the main floor great room the perfect place to relax and admire the outdoor scenery. Connected to the great room is the open, fully-stocked kitchen which contains everything you need to cook family meals. There is plenty of room for the entire family to eat together with a farmhouse table seating eight, a bar height table seating four and four counter stools. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Walk down the hallway and you will find a full bathroom to be shared by the guests of Guestroom #1 and Bunkroom #1. Further down the hall is Guestroom #1, which contains a king bed, and Bunkroom #1, which contains two twin bunk beds and one twin trundle bed (Bunkroom #1 sleeps five in total). Across the hall is the Primary Suite which has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. Extending the entire length of the main floor is a western facing deck with a natural gas grill and slider door access from the great room, kitchen and Primary Suite. While on the main floor deck, sitting on one of the rocking chairs or at the outdoor table, surrounded by pine trees and overlooking the lake, you will marvel at the surrounding natural beauty and experience the fulfillment of vacation. And don’t forget about the covered front porch with its hanging porch swing and two Adirondack chairs - the perfect place for your morning coffee or afternoon siesta. LOWER-LEVEL
Head downstairs to the lower-level at Lakeview Pines and you will find the ultimate in family gathering spaces - the game room! Complete with a full-sized table for card and board games, ping pong table, foosball table, arcade games, mini-shuffleboard, 82-inch smart-TV as well as an extensive DVD selection, the game room will keep your family entertained for hours. Also on the lower-level are two more guestrooms (Guestroom #2 and Guestroom #3), each with a king bed and slider door leading to a deck boasting a majestic view of the lake. You will also find Bunkroom #2 which contains a large work desk, one twin bunk bed and one twin trundle bed (sleeps three in total). Additionally, the lower-level has a large, beautiful bathroom with a sliding barn door, double sink and shower with river rock tile.
