The weather has warmed up only a couple of degrees and it's already getting us excited for this upcoming Summer! These Pictures were taken at our "School House" "and Sandbar Point" lake cabins! They're only a couple cabins away from each other which is perfect for large groups that still want some privacy at the end of the night! They're located on Hayden Lake directly across from the Sandbar. The memories made at these cabins are beyond priceless.

This in home studio is available starting 12/10/2022 for the minimum of 30 days at a time and the term can be discussed to meet your needs for your work contract or while you're waiting on your home.
$1600 a month with all utilities included
This home is perfect for a traveling for work or waiting for their home to be built or purchased in the CDA area. This beautiful studio apartment is within a home right off of CDA lake with great views. In the summer you will have access to the homes private dock to enjoy the sunshine and swim. To enter the home you will go through the main entrance and take the stairs to the second level where you will access the door to your private studio. The homeowners are an amazing retired couple who travel often so will not be in the main home the majority of the time.
The kitchenette has a counter top convection oven.
We look forward to getting you into this perfect studio!
What you will need to move in
$79.00 Application fee. This will not be charged to you until we know you're a good fit for the home and we're ready for you to sign a contract with us.
$1600.00 Refundable deposit upon inspection of the home after you move out. If cleaning needs done the charge for cleaning will be subtracted from your deposit.
$1600 first months rent
