Hey there! Today I’m beginning a series called Transplant Tuesday or today aka “Taco Tuesday!” 🌮🍹

Definition of transplant:
verb
/tran(t)sˈplant/
1 move or transfer (something) to another place or situation, typically with some effort or upheaval.

Most of us have been in this situation before, am I right?! Moving from another town, city, state or even country-and it’s tough!!

So, what I like to do is find all of my creature comforts, businesses and fun things to do that help me settle in and begin throwing down some roots or at least bloom where I’m temporarily planted 🌻

One hidden gem that I came across in Camden, SC is

I find it so helpful to strategize and network with other realtors! I learn so many fresh ideas 💡 during these brainstorming sessions! Recently, on one of my many trips to Las Vegas to visit my kiddos and grands, I also had the opportunity to meet up with one of my amazing realtor friends-Eileen Guilbeault and boy was she inspiring! Huge thank you to Hansen Pump and Well!! They found the well on our property we didn’t even know existed 🤦🏻‍♀️ and worked hard to update and bring everything up to code. They were responsive, reliable and reasonably priced! Definitely recommend! 🏠⚒️😁

Renovating a home definitely has its ups and downs, but when it is finished you have your perfect nest!

Consider a fixer upper in that perfect location, neighborhood or desired school district. In this competitive market it might just be the key to finding your perfect nest! 🏡❤️
