ATI, as a partner on the DGI-ATI JV, is proud to announce that it has been awarded the next Option Year on a contract with the US Army Corps of Engineers to provide Construction Management Services (CMS) in support of the Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) Southern Expansion Phases II and III.

Phase II of the project will replace the existing operations facility at ANC to facilitate southern expansion of the cemetery. This phase includes construction of a maintenance facility, warehouse, office building, three-level parking garage and plaza, and a new access control point off S. Joyce Street. Phase III will include construction of a pedestrian access point on Columbia Pike, a new Air Force Memorial Service building, and expanded grounds for about 80,000 additional internment locations. This expansion, with construction valued at approximately $400 Million, is expected to be completed in 2027.

This project will not only extend the lifespan of ANC but also fully integrate the Air Force Memorial with the cemetery, enhance the visitor experience, and facilitate cemetery maintenance operations.

ATI is honored and humbled to be a part of this critical project on the nation’s most hallowed grounds.

ATI is proud to announce the award of a five-year $9.2 million contract supporting the Department of Homeland Security Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers in Glynco, Georgia effective August 1st. The FLETC, through strategic partnerships with over 100 Federal law enforcement agencies, prepares the law enforcement community to safeguard America’s people, property, and institutions. Glynco is the headquarters location and main campus for the FLETC.

The scope of this contract is to provide Fi****ms Division support to include issue and receipt of fi****ms, ammunition, and related training supplies and equipment; training equipment cleaning, repair, and maintenance; ammunition and weapon storage and inventory; range cleaning and maintenance; lead waste management; and record keeping, data entry and status report generation.

With this win, ATI has further cemented its position as the nation’s premier law enforcement training facility operations and maintenance firm with similar ongoing contracts with the FLETC in Cheltenham, Maryland; the FBI in Quantico, Virginia; and the US Secret Service in Laurel, Maryland.

Our Story

ATI started as a small architectural design firm in 1980. Since then, we’ve grown over the years to add many other service areas and capabilities. In addition to being a full-service architectural and engineering design firm, ATI also provides construction management; environmental consulting/remediation; safety and industrial hygiene services; facility/program management; building automation systems services; and specialized construction services.

Our staff includes licensed architects, professional engineers, professional geologists, certified industrial hygienists, scientists, researchers and a number of other highly skilled technical, management and administrative personnel.

ATI is certified as an 8(a) Small Business by the US Small Business Administration. We partner with many other consulting firms, large and small. We have formal SBA certified Mentor-Protege partnerships with HydroGeoLogic, Inc. (HGL) and CTI and Associates, Inc.

ATI has provided services throughout the United States and in over 160 countries to date. Our clients include US Federal Departments and Agencies such as State, Defense, Energy, Transportation, Interior, Homeland Security, Agriculture, Treasury, Commerce, GSA, and National Archives; various State and Local Government Agencies; and a number of Institutional and Commercial entities.
