Something magical is happening on the shores of Ischia… 🐢✨

A mama sea turtle has chosen Chiaia Beach as the sacred spot to lay her eggs — a rare and beautiful sign of trust in this island’s peaceful energy. 💛

The countdown has begun… they say in about 40 days, the tiny hatchlings will make their brave journey back to the sea. 🌊

I’ll be in Ischia during this time, and I’m holding onto the hope that I might be lucky enough to witness this miracle — a reminder of nature’s wisdom, rhythm, and resilience.

Stay tuned… because if those baby turtles do make their debut while I’m here, you know I’ll be sharing every precious moment. 🌅💚

Ieri notte uno stupendo esemplare di Caretta Caretta ha deposto le sue uova sulla spiaggia della Chiaia. Si ringraziano le Guardie Ambientali di Forio, la Capitaneria di Porto, l’Area Marina Protetta “Regno di Nettuno” per l’assistenza e la Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn che in mattinata svolgerà il sopralluogo necessario per la verifica e la salute della covata. Ora occorreranno una quarantina di giorni per la schiusa. Nel ricordarvi il numero del regno di Nettuno: 3384077563; vi invitiamo a contattarli nel caso in cui ci siano eventi del genere. Chiediamo la massima collaborazione per il rispetto e la salvaguardia del Nido.
