Joey O'Connor - owner of 100+ websites and 200+ social media channels - is seeking a self-starting, outgoing, and motivated individual in the Myrtle Beach / Grand Strand Area of South Carolina, to attract/promote business listings and category page sponsorships to GrandStrandBusinessDirectory.com
Duties: To prospect and identify potential clients through any means necessary including, but not limited to, cold-calling, emailing, networking, contacting through social media, and in-person contact, to aggressively generate new business to obtain goal of 60 new business listings per month to GrandStrandBusinessDirectory.com as well as 10-20 new category page sponsorships per month.
Requirements:
* Minimum of three (3) years working in Sales, Advertising, or Customer Service.
* Minimum of one (1) year in Media/Online sales experience preferred.
* Knowledge of the Myrtle Beach / Grand Strand Area of South Carolina.
* Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner, either by phone, email, or in person.
* Understanding of computers, internet, email, submitting electronic forms, etc.
* Being motivated and wanting to achieve success!
This position has the title of "Online Sales Representative" and is an independent contractor position. You must have a "smart-phone" with a phone/service plan, a computer (a tablet or laptop preferred) as well as internet access. A 40% commission is given on both business listings and category page sponsorships to GrandStrandBusinessDirectory.com - No benefits, No hourly Wage. Commissions are paid out within 3 days of sale. There are no other duties required by an "Online Sales Representative." Once a business has submitted their information online thru our website, then our Admin/Staff will set-up and add their business listing to the website within 2-3 business days so all an "Online Sales Representative" has to do is simply attract/promote business listings and category page sponsorships to GrandStrandBusinessDirectory.com
A daily list sent by email by an "Online Sales Representative" of businesses that they contacted is required for proper tracking.
There are NO contractual hours for this position and you will be working alone from your home and/or from out meeting people in person - you may work just a few hours a day or work an entire day, it is up to you as this is an independent contractor position.
At this time it is only just $100 for a business to list their company on GrandStrandBusinessDirectory.com - it is a "lifetime" listing with no monthly charges or yearly renewals and there are already hundreds of businesses listed - so it is a fairly easy sell. Commission Examples:
60 business listings a month @ 40% Commission ==== $2,400.00
10 category page sponsors a month @ 40% Commission = $380.00
