Happy New Year! As you tackle your calendar for the coming months, consider joining us for a Women's Winter Retreat, Feb 28th, 2025, 3pm - March 2nd, 2025, 3pm: A Walk through the Five Gates of Grief.
This retreat will explore the work of Francis Weller, MFT in his book The Wild Edge of Sorrow. Our time will include group conversation and individual reflection, as well as opportunities for gentle yoga, beach walks and forest bathing. 6 meals and accommodations included. A free will offering will be taken up at the end of the weekend

493 years ago, Our Lady of Guadalupe appeared to a peasant named Juan Diego. "I am the Mother of all who seek me and place their trust in me". She is the Patron Saint of the Americas. The basilica, built on the site where she appeared, is the third most visited religious site in the world. Inside, the glass & doors are designed to be jagged like a crown of thorns. Mexicans will tell you 90% of them are Catholic, but 100% are Guadalupan.

2024 WINTER WORKSHOP FOR COUPLES & INDIVIDUALS

DECEMBER 6th, 5pm -DECEMBER 8th,11am

I'm so excited for my latest kitchen addition at Sursum Corda. Inspired by the work of Dan Buettner and the Blue Zones and hand crafted by my talented daughter at JadeflowerCeramics, these Hari Hachi Bu bowls remind us of intentional eating...eat until you are satisfied, but not until you are stuffed! They will definitely be used on my next Women's Retreat.
