Coronado Springs is a moderate resort located in the animal kingdom area. This large resort has earned bragging rights amongst the moderates as the only one with club level service rooms. With club be level at Coronado Springs you get a little extra luxury without the deluxe price tag. After a trip to the parks you can cool off with a dip at the large pool themed after a Mayan pyramid.

Hello there, fellow foodies! Did you know that Disney usually has new dishes and desserts on the menus to celebrate the different time of year? EPCOT is not only my favorite park, but it’s also home to some of the best restaurants in all of Disney World. Between quick service, sit-down dining, and festival booths there’s no way you can leave hungry! Check out some of the new offerings at ale Cellier Steakhouse in the Canada pavilion. Fried cauliflower is joining the appetizer lineup. But wait, there’s more! Two new entrées have made their way to Le Cellier – the Prime Steak Tartare “Kibbeh Nayeh” with Bulgar wheat, radish, mint, and a garlic aïoli, and the Grilled Scallops with caviar, zucchini fritter, patty pan squash, sweety drop pepper, and a creamy piquillo sauce – wow!

Le Cellier Steakhouse should definitely be on your World Showcase dining list.
