Such a great weekend at Ocala Summer HT! did her last BN before the big Novice move up and finished in 2nd with a beautiful dressage test and 2 classy jump rounds! conquered her first Modified with a super dressage test, just 1 rail in the stadium and she finished the XC strong! Last but not least Mr Milo and I did our first Modified together and he could not have been better. So thrilled with his double clear show jump and just lost a few seconds XC learning how much time I need to set up and turn for him to see things. Incredibly proud of myself and my 2 fierce ladies! Ready for AECs and then the fall season gets underway!!

Ever since and I bought a baby TB on my birthday, I’ve been plotting how to keep the ride on her. I’m thrilled that Roo (Smokey Magnolia ERE) has found her perfect person in ! They get along so well and I’m so excited to get to keep bringing her along ❤️❤️

I’m a week late posting, and I don’t have many photos (mostly video) but I’m so proud of the ERE team at the LEC July show! Milo put in a great dressage test and a clear show jump to win the Training and was the TIP Champion! and Saph won the Novice, .penny won the BN, won Champ of the starter on the best old man Crescent with Mia 2nd on Bentley and and Martha winning the Open section. .miller won the Prestarter with Kadence and Crescent 2nd and and Nina winning the Open section. Mine and baby Roo was brilliant and so much more grown up than her first show just 4 weeks ago to win the Amoeba. won the poles division as well! While a badly timed twisted shoe kept from getting in the ring and didn’t have the best day, we have a plan and they will be back stronger at the next one! XC schooling Sunday was a blast…I love introducing people to this sport and seeing it light them up is so cool!

We sent the sweetest baby Orange back home last week. She came to us in April to get a good solid foundation so her mom can now enjoy her at home! We love the baby TBs around here! Reach out if you are looking for assistance with training or a sale, we have 1 stall open.

Emily and Hannah are certified PEMF practitioners happy to be offering our services in the South Louisiana area. We are happy to travel further for enough horses as well!

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy heals on a cellular level to repair and replenish muscles. We have personally seen incredible results on our own and client horses including bone bruises, wounds, post exercise healing, pre ride relaxation!

Each session lasts 1 hour. We start with working the horses entire body focusing on 11 different muscle groups, then we spend the rest of the session focusing on areas of particular soreness. We do offer shorter sessions when an injury/trauma has occurred.

Made our (now) annual trek to Stableview for the Summer HT. Tradition is tradition haha

Excited to kick things off with dressage and stadium tomorrow. Cate/Winston (Nov), Abby/Fizzy (Tr), Emorie/Maggie (Nov) , and Emily/Milo (Tr) made the trip this year! And Mak is along with us to groom :)

If only I could keep them all….

Smokey Magnolia ERE “Roo”
2021 16.1 actively growing dark bay TB filly. Should mature 16.3. Incredibly well bred, she is the granddaughter of Malibu Moon and The Deputy. She also has Bernstein up close. She’s all athlete!

Roo was very lightly raced in FL and when showing no promise her connections decided to move her into a sport horse career. She is the most level headed baby I’ve come across. She is a kick ride, WTC, and jumping small courses. Because she is young we have been very methodical in how much work she’s doing.

Just went to her first show and was a total pro. Hacked to and from the rings and never batted an eye. She got better and better as her rounds went on. She also did her first XC school and went up/down banks and through water and over ditch very easily. Nothing phases her!

She is so smart and willing to do what you ask. I’m excited to see how she develops and would love to keep her but we picked her up as a sales project and the time has come to move her. Schedule a time to come see this fancy girl and finish her your way before we get her more exposure and her tag goes up!

There is nothing better to me than the way this team supports each other! We had such a great time, even with the heat, at the LEC show this weekend! 15 of our 18 horses finished in the ribbons which is huge!! We loved having the 3S crew with us as well!

Cate and Courage To Continue ERE won the Novice HT, scored great on their dressage only, and won TIP high point for dressage

Amanda and Wishing Sky won the BN HT and were TIP champion for HT

Kaitlyn and Saphire were 2nd in BN HT

Makenzie and True Emperor won their BN HT division

Kayla and Make A Wish ERE won their Starter HT division

Lori and Hot Wine also won their Starter HT division

3S student Jill and The Mystery Machine ERE were 2nd in the Starter CT

Ann and Maggie The Cat won their Prestarter CT division and were TIP champion for CT

Ava and Make A Wish ERE were 5th in the Prestarter CT

3S student Libbie and This Is It were 4th in the Prestarter CT

Italy and KC were 4th in the Amoeba CT with a clear and fast jump round

Emily went 1 and 2 on Smokey Magnoila ERE and Orange Twister in the Amoeba CT at both of these baby girls first show!

Hannah and Brandon won their Pre Mini Amoeba CT as well!

Honorable mentions go to Kaitlyn/Martha My Dear and 3S student Charlotte/Sweet Magnolia for pulling off brilliant jump rounds after tough goes in earlier phases!

Between 2 great shows at Lagniappe and Willow Draw, some quality XC schooling, getting to know my new boy, celebrating birthdays, teaching the babies that jumping sticks is fun, and some shenanigans mixed in as well we’ve had a great 2nd half of May! Such a great weekend ! had a beautiful run around the Training XC with just a couple of silly Nolo rails to finish 7th. Makenzie finished her first BN with just a peek at the water but beautiful rounds other than that! ’s Winston was brilliant around his first Novice in a while…little blip at the bank which was leftover from the mud at MeadowCreek but otherwise thrilled with him! And of course Crescent finished on his dressage score for 4th in the BN at his 99th event. Here we come for event #100 at the AECs this summer! All the girls and horses schooled well Sunday and I’m excited to welcome Milo to the ERE crew as well!

So thrilled with our ERE riders at MeadowCreek Park! Mak and King did 95% of their first recognized event like absolute pros….when we get that 5% the world better watch out! Big BN move up coming soon! made a triumphant return after a rough event in FL and conquered all the skinny demons! and perfect Cory won by over 11 points with a super clear show jump round icing the cake! And last but not least ’s Winston was stellar putting some naughtiness behind him and persevering through the awful footing to finish strong!! Next up Majestic Oaks!!

Weekend highlights from another great LEC show! Thank you so much to the whole team who kept things running behind the scenes while I lived in warm up from 6:30 to 5!!
had a clear show jump and the best XC school jumping a bunch of the training
was double clear stadium and on a super dressage score
finished her 2nd CT with a clean show jump for 3rd
had a super day back in the show ring finishing first on the legend himself
had their patented double clear XC and a nice stadium round to finish first
had a great stadium after crushing 99% of the XC and then a super school on Sunday jumping a bunch of the training
and Saph had a clear show jump, and a great first go at a HT finishing more confident than they started
Makenzie had 2 double clear jump rounds and a beautiful dressage test! Won her division and won high point TIP for HT
and Martha did their first HT with clear XC and a confident stadium round
scored a sub 35 dressage, great stadium effort, and her first ever XC schooling went awesome!
Ann did her first ever CT and had a great show except for getting a little lost in the show jump, but finished it out well
and Nina had a super showing, she was a baby angel as always and is ready for her move up
Chrissy and I’s Roo exceeded every expectation we had for her first field trip and was really the best (almost) 3 year old we could ask for
