Born and raised in Ketchikan, Alaska, owner and master builder, Eric Hansen, developed a love for construction when his parents built their first home on the beach in Southeast Alaska when he was just a small lad. From there Eric, and his family realized he had a God given talent designing and building things with his hands. He started at a very young age building picture frames from the scraps le
ft over by Luther, the carpenter who built his parents' home. He then built a tree house and then a small cabin on his parents property. He took woodworking classes during school and then went on to tech school. As a young man, he moved to Washington State and was hired on as a sub contractor specializing in decks by one of the top builders of custom homes in the Seattle area. He had a deck featured in Better Homes and Gardens. And was featured in Architectural Builders. And was the recipient of two builder awards. As his building experience grew so did his desire to move on to bigger and better things, and thus started a career building custom homes.
