I am a real National Lampoon survivor. When I was 11 my family traveled in a RV across country to Southern California to visit my cousins. We drove through Kansas, Colorado Rocky Mountains till dad decided to stop at a roadside park on a mountain. We stayed then overnight in Grand Junction unaware how close to the Am Track until 3 am Mom jumped out of bed. We also visited Yosemite and found that traveling in June you also need to pack winter clothes as it snowed, but visiting the Red Woods is a memory I will never forget. From there we made it to Los Angeles and lost a fold out window on the camper which we duct taped as we were parked a few days at my cousins’ house in a nice neighborhood (if you can imagine how that looked like we were Cousin Eddie). We visited Disneyland, Sea World and Universal Studios before we traveled to camp on the Beach near San Diego and visited the Zoo. Our Trip home the air conditioner quit as we drove through Death Valley 1st stop once we got out of there was ICE CREAM. We visited family in Las Vegas, went to Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. As we headed home across New Mexico my dad fell asleep at the wheel and into the medium luckily, he recovered quickly and safely got back on the road, we sent him in the back to sleep and mom took over. Last stop was my dad's hometown in Oklahoma then back to Missouri. Even though I was only 11, I remember it as if it was yesterday. Therefore, I strive to ensure no hiccups on your vacation
