The Curtis Chamber of Commerce will be holding a yard sale on Memorial Day Weekend and they are looking for YOUR donations! Donations must be in clean and acceptable condition and can be dropped off at Goodale’s Sweet Spot on or after May 2nd, 2022. Please call 989-965-0166 if you have any questions.

We just had a cancellation of the cabin from someone who was going to stay all winter, so we have decided to just do winter vacation rentals.

Nice progression of color this week. Right on target for peak, it will depend on where you are going to be, but the week of Sept 26-Oct 2nd will be prime time, some areas will be at peak or already peaked, some areas will just be getting close to peak. You'll have a window of pretty nice color from Sept 22nd-Sept 28th.

If you are going to wait for the second week of October for really nice color, don't expect much color to be left, we are ahead of last years color by 5-8 days and last year was a tad bit earlier than normal.

NOW TAKING RESERVATIONS FOR THE 2021 PEAK SUMMER SEASON!

EDIT: The dates of June 26-August 31 are completely booked.
However, we do have some availability in May and June, and also in September.

The Curtis Cabin is located right in the town of Curtis, next door to Goodale’s Sweet Spot. You can walk next door for ice cream in the evenings, or be there early before heading out onto the lake for coffee and donuts!
The cabin features two bedrooms, both with a full size bed. A set of twin bunk beds, and a Queen size pull out sofa.
Wake up to the sound of the South Manistique Lake, enjoy a row boat ride, walk to the local shopping stores, or just relax on the porch overlooking the lake.
Weekly rate of $750, or $125 per night with a 4 night minimum stay. $200 deposit, refundable up to 4 days prior to check-in date.
Pet friendly, with prior approval. $10 per day, per pet surcharge.
Cash, check or Venmo only.
Check in on Saturday at 2pm, Check out on Saturday by 10am
