Brief info about our Kottage
This cabin was built in the late 60’s. It is the typical cement block, wood paneling lake cabin. But we are redesigning it while still keeping that Era feel. Nothing gives back those wonderful childhood memories of vacationing at the lake like wood paneling, Orange sofas, and the famous Avocado green kitchen. But lets take our childhood memories and add some new touches for our kids! So we bring you “That 70’s Kottage on Sunset Drive”, all the old-fashioned designs with a modern twist. No more browns, all grays! Yes of-course we are keeping the color scheme, cause lets face it, whats the 60/70’s without orange and avocado green.... BUT new, nice, fun and best of all~ A vacation your family will never forget!

The 2 adult rooms will have queen beds, 4 twin beds upstairs. Bathroom will be completely redone, also making a private outdoor shower ( large enough to change in). Porch will get a face-lift and adding on wrap around wood deck. A brand new dock and walkway, plus a 4.5K boat-lift. There is a public ramp just minutes away. Parking for 2 cars, any trailers will have to stay at the public boat ramp off Centerport rd unless you only use 1 spot for a car. If you are familiar with Lake Martin Alabama, we are next to Crown Points condos on BIG waters! Off Centerport rd. Dadeville, AL. Chucks Marina is a 5 minute boat or car ride! Sunsets are incredible. This cabin is located on a point, you get a good 220 view!
