Experience gorgeous views from your own private piece of paradise in beautiful St Thomas, the US Virgin Islands. One bedroom, one bathroom and a full kitchen. Your cottage is surrounded by lush tropical plants & a short walk to Hull Bay Beach. PRIVATE tiki bar, pool, cabana, TV, outdoor sink, BBQ grill, pizza oven & fridge. Upstairs enjoy dining/lounging on your private balcony while watching the

surfers catch waves. Fifteen minutes by car to Charlotte Amalia or Magen’s Bay Beach. Check out our available dates for 2022/2023 on our website: twotickets.vi

$250 off-peak April 1st – November 30th
$325 peak season December 1st – March 31st

* The cottage is only for 2 guests.
* We have an additional 1 bedroom (queen bed) with newly renovated full size bathroom available. (only with rental of cottage) for an additional $100/night plus $50 cleaning fee. Max 2 guests in bedroom.
* Reservations are confirmed when security deposit is received.
* Check-in: 3:00pm Check-out: 11:00am
* Security deposit is refunded within 3 days of check-out and inspection.
* Full payment is due 30 days before check-in date.
* Must be accompanied by adult 25 or older.

Yes it’s different, we drive on the left.
You will get used to it I promise.

We drive slower, typically you will not drive over 35mph

At red lights if you are first I always suggest give it the 5 second rule before you go. Red light runners are bad.

We use our horn to communicate.

People aren’t good at using their blinkers. So keep a safe distance.

People will stop in the road randomly. Be prepared.

Yes they do pass on these small roads even on curves. Be careful and aware.

DO NOT USE YOUR PHONE. 1st it’s dangerous. 2nd it’s against the law here.

Google and Apple Maps work pretty good here.

We don’t use physical addresses.

As my sweet neighbor tells me, we drives defensively.

But dont worry, rent the jeep, enjoy the vacation and take lots of pictures.

2. Cabs are very hard to secure on the Northside of the island. Sometimes impossible.

3. Really no set rates as to what they will charge you.
