Summer travel is here!

First summer trip was my son’s baseball World Series tournament to Omaha, Nebraska. Omaha was definitely not a place on my list, surprisingly it’s a little hidden gem in the Midwest.

By way of baseball, Omaha was a homerun. With the college World Series in Omaha that kept our team hyped, team attended three college WS games. Plenty of opportunities for the boys to interact with the college players at the hotel and watch practices. The team stayed at the host hotel for Kentucky and Texas A&M. The vendor setup for merch was awesome, several vendors with mom swag. The kids WS was great with activities, merch, and skill competitions.

Now my favorite part was downtown Omaha! The area is walkable and friendly. Plenty of restaurants and areas for families to hangout.

Highlights :
The zoo is rated like up against San Diego zoo.
