I have zeroed in on a great price for a new destination for 2025. it is traveling on Emerald River Cruises from Ho-Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh Sept 23, 2025 and return on Oct 2, 2025, 10 days, 9 nights. This is a part of the world many have not visited and it still has some very rustic country side and interesting history. We will add on some days and go to Laos or Thailand while in that part of the world as well. Looks like ppl are starting to think SKI! After looking at flights (which are more expensive this year) we are going back to Steamboat as some of you have requested. Whether you like skiing, socializing, hiking, snowmobiling or just absorbing the beautiful scenery, this trip is great for singles, couples, groups or friends. We will fly into Haden and the resort is a mere 30 minutes from the airport. The condos are SKI-IN /OUT on the Stampede run and accessed off of Chistie Peak Express. It is about 400 yd walk down to the base area to make it easy for après-ski or you can take our shuttle to town located only a few miles away.

Once you get to the airport in Dallas, you don't have to worry about much. airline, transportation to the condo, ski rental, and transportation back to the airport will all be arranged in advance ... allowing you to vacation! I am still getting info on lift tickets and will let you know as soon as I find out.

Our current Covid situation has forced me to look for a ski trip that provided FLEXIBLE refund policy as few wanted to commit if not. So I have gone to Lake Tahoe as they gave the best flexibility. I can cancel hotel up to Jan 25th and on AA I can cancel air seats up to Nov 20 w NO penalty, $50 penalty up to Dec 25th and get free name change on ticketed tickets up to 72 hours of travel. AA has only updated their travel flexibility policy for tickets bought up to Sept 30 to be able to apply a full ticket value once tickets are bought. I will update you guys as we near the Nov 20th full refund date on that. I will need 10 total ppl on Dallas flight to get the group flight.

TRIP: Now that summer is over, it is time to think SKI. Lake Tahoe is the choice and it gives those non skiers something to do! Whether you like skiing, hot-tubing, tubing, socializing, hiking, boat ride on the lake, GAMBLING or just absorbing the beautiful scenery, this trip is great for singles, couples, groups or friends. We will stay 4 nights to allow you plenty of time to enjoy the area! We will fly into Reno airport and then take a bus for 1 hr to South Lake Tahoe from the airport. We will stay at Harvey’s Casino, right in the middle of the action – casinos, restaurants, night-life etc. They have a fitness area, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot-tub, casino, restaurants, spa and much more. We will use a ski shop at the gondola so you don’t have to carry your skis back and forth to the Hotel! Also, there is a shuttle bus that stops at the hotel right off their bus lobby.

Seasonal swimming pool, hot tub, saunas and keyless entry options. Each unit has high speed internet and access to common area laundry. Once you get to the airport in Dallas, you don't have to worry about much. Airline, coach transportation to the Condos, ski rental and transportation back to the airport will all be arranged in advance ... allowing you to vacation!
