🎉🧸 We set a lofty goal of $8,000 and are thrilled to announce that not only did we reach our goal, but we surpassed it by $1,500! SVCC is incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed to our annual Jim Ryan Memorial Teddy Bear Drive benefiting Scottish Rite for Children. It is because of those generous donations we were able to present Scottish Rite for Children with a $9,500 check and collection of stuffed animal and toy donations. 👏

We are blessed to be in the position to give back and look forward to honoring our former CFO, Jim Ryan, each year. Scottish Rite for Children has held a special place in SVCC's heart for 25 years 🧸❤️

🏗️ Project Completion - The Quinn 🏗️
The Quinn is a 4-story, 340,000 SF, 317-unit multi-family apartment project in Anna, TX. The high end interior package allowed for beautiful finishes throughout the clubhouse and resident units, and amenities include a most unique courtyard featuring a Texas-shaped lazy river, putting green, multiple outdoor cooking areas with fire pits with seating areas, as well as covered parking and easy access to US Hwy 75.

Circle H Contractors, Inc. is currently working on multiple SVCC projects ranging from Midlothian to Prosper and recently completed work on our food store projects in Mansfield and Waxahachie. As 2024 draws to a close, we wanted to look back on all the memorable experiences and milestones our team had this year! 🎊
In addition to numerous groundbreaking and ribbon cutting ceremonies, we’re equally proud to have secured 5th place in the TEXO, The Construction Association Challenge Cup Series.
Our recruiting team represented SVCC across the state in several career fairs, we celebrated the recognition of two TEXO Distinguished Building Awards highlighting our outstanding work in the field, hosted team-building activities and celebrated expanding our SVCC Family with engagements, weddings and babies a plenty.

We can't wait to see what 2025 has in store!

It’s an industry event we look forward to each year - the TEXO Holiday Gala - and this year was no different. Our Team had a fantastic time under the big top 🎪 and the icing on the cake was securing 5th place in the coveted Challenge Cup Series! The year-long competition included five events - softball tournament, golf tournament, BBQ cook-off competition, clay shoot and a bass fishing tournament! It’s a great way for our office and field staff to work alongside each other away from the hectic jobsites.

Thank you to the TEXO, The Construction Association team for putting on such a wonderful event!

Exiting news for the Town of Sunnyvale, TX! It's been a long time coming for their first major food store; Sunnyvale’s over 8k residents will finally have a place to shop for groceries in their own backyard.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the newest Tom Thumb location took place in Sunnyvale last week 🎉
The store will span 59,000 SF, featuring a bakery, Starbucks, fresh deli, meat and seafood, produce, pharmacy with drive-thru, floral and sushi stations 🛒 and will also anchor an upscale shopping center.

Mayor of Sunnyvale, Saji George, added, “Our residents have wanted this amenity for many years and we’re excited about how this development will bring our community together!”

The renovation has transformed the existing center into an open-air space, also featuring best-in-class tenant additions with enhanced storefronts. Watch as SVCC’s Project Team revamps the shopping center, giving it a fresh, new look!

For 25+ years, before team building was cool, SVCC ownership has hosted an annual fishing trip at Lake Texoma for project teams to enjoy a day away from the office/jobsite. And this year’s 2-day event was no different!

Thank you to Four Seasons Guide Services for always putting us on the striper 🎣

All boats reached their limit both days and our teams are already eagerly anticipating next year’s fishing trip! Who’s ready for a fish fry?!

The wait is over! Tom Thumb in Waxahachie has now officially opened its doors 🛒

It was an exciting event for the rapidly growing community! The Waxahachie High School band, cheer and drill teams helped to celebrate the food store's grand opening, as well as Mayor of Waxahachie Billie Wallace and Store Manager Antonio Webb.
Nothing but great support will be reciprocated between the Tom Thumb store team and community as Waxahachie continues to grow!
