Exceptional Senior Placement Services

Exceptional Senior Placement Services ESP started out as one friend helping another in a great time of need. Contact us now for a free and confidential consultation.

ESP provides free assessments and senior housing referrals to individuals and their loved one's when they are looking to move to a more engaging senior community or are no longer able to safely remain in their home. While that was many years ago, the guiding principles behind that interaction are still the at the core of what we do every day: helping families and their loved ones through one of li

fe's most difficult transitions with compassion, dignity, and respect. We specialize in helping families find the best caring and nurturing environments for patients suffering form Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia currently affect more than five million people in the United States. It was the seventh-leading cause of death across all ages in 2006 and the fifth-leading cause of death for those aged 65 and older.* All of us, it seems, have been or will become intimate with their impact on our lives. Providing care for loved ones who suffer from these diseases can take its toll on family and caregivers emotionally, physically, and financially. Often matters are made more difficult by the shifting family dynamics that occur when roles are reversed and adult children are faced with having to parent their own parent. With more than twenty years of experience helping families and individuals throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, we are uniquely qualified to help you and your loved ones take the next step at no cost to you. Though we are a small team, our commitment and passion for helping others has enabled us to touch the lives of many people throughout the Bay Area

Hey everyone,

We've got some bittersweet news to share. Our dear friend and colleague, Devon, is moving on to new adventures after being part of our ESP family for over 3 years. 😢

Devon has been such an incredible teammate, always ready with a kind word and a helping hand. We've been through so much together – the ups, the downs, and everything in between. From brainstorming sessions to sharing personal moments, Devon's compassion and dedication have truly made a difference in our lives.

We couldn't let Devon go without a proper send-off, so we had a fantastic farewell lunch filled with laughter, memories, and maybe a few happy tears. 🥳 While we're sad to see Devon leave, we're also super excited to see what amazing things are in store for the future!

Devon, thank you for being such a wonderful part of our ESP family. You've left your mark on all of us, and we're grateful for the time we've shared. Keep in touch and let us know about your next big adventure!

Wishing you all the best,
David and Rachel 💖

The ESP Team enjoyed a delightful outing on February 13th, which included a tasty lunch and a performance of "Back to the Future: The Musical" at the Orpheum Theatre in San Francisco. The event provided a great opportunity for our team to catch up and bond outside of work. Stay tuned for a bittersweet ESP announcement in the next couple of days!

Happy National Caregivers Day to all of our wonderful caregivers! This day is recognized on the third Friday of February and is an annual celebration honoring the dedication of professional and family caregivers who provide essential support to those in need. Established in 2015, this day recognizes the crucial role caregivers play in enhancing the quality of life for their patients through tasks such as assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and managing medical care. It serves as a reminder to appreciate these often unsung heroes and raises awareness about the challenges they face, encouraging communities to support caregivers' well-being and acknowledge their invaluable contributions to society. 💛
