"Adrian's place was perfect for our week long family vacation! There was more than enough room for everyone including my daughter's 18 month old. Adrian was super responsive to all our questions before arriving and during our stay. The pool and hot tub were very popular! We are definitely hoping to return!"

Superb Sunshine Villa

We have just returned after an amazing stay at the Sunshine Bungalow in Tuscan Hills. The bungalow is a beautiful and well-equipped villa for a comfortable and relaxing time away from all the attractions in Florida. Easy access, great directions & advice from our hosts Adrian & Caroline certainly helped add to our experience . Our stay did coincide with hurricane Milton and Adrian was on hand & very attentive to help ensure we felt safe & secure. We've been lucky enough to welcome some amazing guests this November to our one of a kind accessible home here in Clermont, Central Florida!

Paul's Bit Of Paradise is a specially adapted villa situated on the gated resort of Highgrove, for those guests that need the extra facilities, we boast a wet room, profile bed, pool hoist, new woodern flooring in the central areas and all the chairs that you are going to need!

Our 22nd year and our 1st time we have used a disabled villa. The price was great as was location. Very quiet gated community, close to supermarkets and an easy drive to Disney if needed. The villa was exceptionally clean, well equipped with all that's needed and very comfortable. The south facing pool, with pool hoist, was welcoming and weekly cleaned. Plenty of space for our son in his 6 wheeled wheelchair, profiling bed, wetroom with a choice of chairs. We just hired a mobile hoist. English management team were again helpful and on hand. Definitely recommend this villa, and hope to return again ourselves.

Very nice villa clean & tidy , exactly as described in information.Pool with hoist was fantastic,profiling bed was very comfortable. Wet room was good size with roll in shower was lovely.The kitchen was very well equipped.Access to Magic Kingdom & Disney springs was very nice easy .Also the location next to the I4 was excellent to go to Tampa Bay(Bush Gardens) & Tampa it’s self. The information & communication prior & during our stay was excellent. Will definitely be back Thank you
