Aunt Bee's Farm Fresh Sweets & Savories From Corn Cob Jelly to Corn Relish Salsa, we have a variety of treats to tempt your taste buds! We hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed making them.

So, who is Aunt Bee? Billie Jo Sokolowski, to be exact, but my family knows me as Aunt B. In 2014, I married a man who has made all my dreams come true. With God's blessings, we moved from the fast pace city of Pittsburgh to God's country in Dawson, PA. Within two years, we had acquired chickens, pigs and honey bees! The first year at the new homestead, I quickly learned that we were blessed with

an abundance of pears and apples right in our own back yard, so I decided to learn how to preserve our harvests! Along with the fruit trees, we have wild blackberries, honey from our bee hives and a very large garden. This has been one of the best life experiences I have had., I realized that I absolutely love to can! What better way to share the fruits of our harvest! I hope you will enjoy tasting our products as much as I love making them!

Canning season has officially started! Strawberry preserves made! It looks like we are going to have a prosperous harvest! The pear and apple trees are bearing fruit so that means pear and apple butter and a fan favorite, caramel apple jam! We are lining up our shows for this year so stay tuned!

It's getting to be that time of year! We weren't able to do shows last year. We are kicking off 2021at the http://www.nationalpike.com/ . This is definitely a great event for families.
