We are very lucky at Opus. Our newly completed seawall did its job fantastically. Haven’t heard yet about my unit #402. Fingers crossed!

Been a very productive week. SEAWALL IS COMPLETE!

Now, pavers have been placed and temporary fencing has been installed while the new fencing is being fabricated. Our pool vendor has begun working on the pool and will be cleaning it up and working on the operation of the pumps the rest of this week.

More FANTASTIC news today!

As of today they are completing the backfill and cleaning up around the job site. Our next phase in this project will be the pavers being placed on the top pool deck. Following the pavers will be acid washing, filling and having all pumps operational for the pool and spa. Fencing is being fabricated at this time and temporary fencing will be in place for the next few weeks until the completed fencing can be installed.

More progress. Once this second level of concrete has cured then they can start working on the pool deck. Getting closer. Will it get done before the 2nd anniversary, let’s keep our fingers crossed?? LOL

A very exciting update on the new seawall construction.

They are working diligently on pouring the concrete now. As long as Mother Nature keeps the high tides down, stage 2 of concrete pouring will be soon.

It is Jeep Beach week and DBS is CRAZY. Even BBQing on the beach. Been full since 8:30am. Luckily you can’t hear them inside. Lol
