Just wanted to share a review of the property by one of the guest.

We have opening still for this season!!

"Our stay at Bobbi's House exceeded every expectation.
The location is tranquil - set back from the road but offers wonderful views of the De Tour Marina and the Drummond Island Ferry.
The interior of the home is truly unique - all modern amenities accounted for but with endearing personal touches (complete with exquisite local paintings). Entering the home is like receiving a warm hug. From De Tour, we enjoyed Drummond Island, Whitefish Point, Caribou Lake, Les Cheneaux Islands and innumerable beaches along M134. Each evening, we returned to the wrap-around porch with every comfort of home.

My Mom, Bobbi Dimond of Bobbi's House husband passed away 26 years ago today. They sailed the Great Lakes for 7 years on their sailboat and then ended up on Lime Island where they restored the building on the island. There is a house named after them on the island for their contributions to the historic restorations.
He had went back to the island after they retired to help out the new island hosts and died of a massive heart attack while showing the guest hosts how to operate a. backhoe.
After the island they split their time between Michigan, Brownville, Texas and Lake Havasu, Arizona.

The Salmon Derby is ONE week away. Entry tickets are $40 per angler, $20 for kids 14 and under. Over $6200 in prize money will be awarded, plus lots of door prizes at the awards ceremony.
