All walls taken out, sheetrock started, floors waiting for final coats. Had to go out of order a bit, cabinets are being delivered on the 3rd and needed floors done first. We will put floor protectant down and then finish sheetrock.

Floor install finished and now sanding and prepping for finish coats.

This project will consist of removing chimney in Family room to open it up for bigger kitchen and island. We will be removing the two upstairs bedrooms and converting them into new entry way and dining room. To make up for the bedroom loss, we will be converting the existing attached garage into two bedrooms, still leaving them with a 2 car detached garage. New windows, furnace/Ac, flooring cabinets countertops and an updated bathroom on main floor as well.

This project will consist of tearing down an existing shed off property to make way for new addition, tearing off back bump out from center of back of house, and adding on a 24'x24' Master bedroom, bath and closet. We will also be completely bringing the remaining part of house down to studs, all new electrical, plumbing, insulation, heating, cabinets, etc etc. etc. We are fortunate enough to have a similar project going on literally across the street at the same time. It will be labeled Seahurst 2

This project will consist of adding on to the back of the house a 22'x22' Master bedroom, bathroom closet and laundry room as well as creating a new hallway from existing house to new addition. As I wrote in one of the pics, we are fortunate enough to be working on a similar project literally across the street and hope to work these together simultaneously. But, with the new hiccups on the building industry, we will see how smooth it goes.
