This welcoming & freshly remodeled beach home is just one block from the beach and within walking distance to four major shopping centers including the newly expanded Destin Commons where you will find an abundance of shopping opportunities w/stores like Bass Pro Shop, Belk, Abercrombie, etc.. Also holds The AMC Movie Theater and many other shops and restaurants. In addition, several of Destin's finest golf resorts are within a 5 minute drive from the home. To give you an idea of how close these award winning courses are, here is a list: Regatta Bay (1) mile, Kelly Plantation (1) mile and Indian Bayou (3) miles for starters.
