42nd Parallel Group (42PG, LLC) Management Team:
Ronald S. Omilian, RA, LEED AP, is an architect registered in the State of Michigan who has been in practice for 30 years
and has been a part of many projects of various typologies throughout the country and locally within the Detroit area. Most notably, he designed the Wildlife Interpretive Gallery and Butterfly Hummingbird Garden at the Detroit Zoo and the Christ Church Grosse Pointe Education Wing Addition in Grosse Pointe, and managed the renovation of the Detroit Institute of Arts and the MGM Grand Casino. Omilian will be responsible for all design and engineering aspects of 42PG and will play a major role in the identification and initiation of projects. Hadley, LEED-AP, is an engineer and construction manager and has been involved in the construction of a wide variety of new build and rehabilitation projects, including municipal structures, single and multi-family affordable housing, and retail/commercial facilities in the City of Detroit and throughout Southeast Michigan. He has long experience in community outreach and non-profit operations. Hadley is also an expert in energy efficient construction, as well as sustainable building and operating practices. Hadley will be responsible for construction management of 42PG projects as well as the administration requirements for the team. Louis Johnson IV, MBA, LEED-GA, is an engineer and technical project manager specializing in alternative energy, communications, and business analysis. He has extensive experience in media development, marketing, entrepreneurship and fundraising. He served on the engineering team that developed the first wind energy system on a roof at Wayne State University. He also serves on the advisory board and committees of multiple academic institutions providing industry expertise towards curriculum development and job placement. He will lead our engineering efforts and support the financial sustainability of our client organizations. Johnson will also lead 42nd Parallel Group’s business operations.
