I was just talking to a guy in Florida about natural disasters. Showed him this cabin video. So happy we are far from this day. Things are ok and our new cabin is going to be different and more updated then our cute 1964 classic.

Moving forward. Our plans have been submitted to Marion Oregon for approval. That being said, Teresa A Maurmann went to buy this journal today and it was given to us as a gift by Cathy in Nye Beach. The entry below is the beginning of recording our 2nd part of our story after losing our cabin in the devastating fires of 2020.

We will be breaking ground soon on our rebuild. We have a lake view when the lake is in. Right now we own a lot of dirt but soon buildings will emerge and we will be back in business.

All docks are floating! Dane is out collecting strays, thanks everyone for letting us know, you’re the best! Detroit strong😎
