Now the company has truly blossomed into a family operation! With limiting the number of homes we build per year, we can truly put the time and attention into each home that we would put into building our own home. We have a cute and comfortable new house that's almost completed here in Devine. This 3/2/2 comes with a beautiful rock and hardie exterior complete with natural cedar accents. Inside you will find a spacious living room/dining room/kitchen area complete with unique archways, 100% wood custom cabinets, and ceramic tile throughout.
It should be listed for sale very soon with a expected completion date in just a few weeks. We will post more pictures as the final items are completed.

Just finished up this really pretty 4/2/2 here in Devine. All the details, including the olive green front door, really came together to make this house cohesive. Congratulations to the buyers, we hope they love the house for years to come.

Come check out the only new house for sale in Devine! Great open layout with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, custom wood cabinets, stone countertops, and ceramic tile throughout. On top of that it sits on almost 1/3 acre lot…That’s approx. 1/4 of a football field in size!!! It’s still under construction, but will be finished soon.

Finalizing details on one house before closing, and finalizing tile selections on another house! The great part about being a local builder is that we are able to think and build beyond the tract home and lookalike subdivision, and do things like bamboo awnings or embossed tile to create a unique and custom experience.

We have made lots of progress on the exterior of this house over the past few weeks. There are still some major elements that need to be installed on the outside, but for the time being most of the work will be on the inside. The Modern Mexico/Tulum inspired vibes are really coming together on this house.
