CozyUps Capes and Covers ups are beautiful, whimsical, colorful, or even sporty blanket style ponchos and capes. They are great to snuggle up in at home, worn to a sports event, or to use as a comfy hospital robe or cover up. Each are unique and handmade with love. The large pockets are specially sized to hold Ipads or a small book and the smaller pockets are great for cell phones and ipods. Their

simple over the shoulder design makes them wonderful for hospital patients and the elderly. They are easily worn over IV lines and oxygen tubes. CozyUps, a God inspired idea, came while looking for a special gift to give a friend who was in the hospital. She was in need of a robe that could easily go over her IVs and oxygen tubes while also giving her some dignity, covering the exposed backside of the very undignified hospital gown. The simple over the shoulder design of the CozyUps makes them wonderfully easy to use by patients. The CozyUp was also designed with special sized pockets giving her a convenient and easily accessible place to hold an Ipad or book and cell phone. The pockets also gave her an added sense of security by being able to keep them on her person and out of sight. I also decided to make her a shorter cape version to wear while sitting up in bed. Both the cape and the cover-up became an instant success. From there the inspiration came to make a more whimsical version for a spunky teenager friend to cozy up in at home, which then inspired a more sportier one with camouflage fleece for my dad’s hunting and fishing trips and so on and so on.…. And the ideas and designs keep coming. CozyUps make excellent and wonderful gifts for hospital patients, the elderly, sportsman, or anyone just wanting to “cozy up” at home!
