Step 1: Become Cllient Support Professional
Becoming a Client Support Professional (CSP) is a multi-step process with a few easy-to-complete requi
rements. If you are at least 18 years old, you can apply now. When you do, you will receive an identification number (called a Login ID), so you can check on your application status within a few business days. Here is how the process works:
•Complete a national criminal background check. Once completed, your results are sent to Arise within three to four business days.
•Enroll in the Arise basic certification program CSP101. You have 10 full calendar days to complete the program, but most people complete it in 2 days. Step 2: Join AAEZ, LLC, an Independent Business Owner affliated with Arise Virtual Solutions. Arise will not contract directly with any Client Support Professional to provide customer interaction services. Arise only contracts with incorporated entities.
•Use a pre-existing incorporated entity, AAEZ, LLC
Step 3: Set Up a Home Office
The final step is setting up a home office that meets our technology requirements and other specifications for serving Arise clients. In order to provide consistent, high standards, please review the FAQ, which outline the requirements including:
•High-speed Internet access
•Separate no-frills telephone line
•E-mail account with an approved ISP* (no AOL or Yahoo)
•Headset
