Our Purchase Order Process

At Dundee Manufacturing, we're committed to making sure your orders are handled with the utmost care. When a purchase order comes in, we follow a diligent process to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. By using the [email protected]_ email, your PO is routed to both our sales and production teams. Once we receive your order, it’s thoroughly reviewed to ensure all necessary details are included. After processing, you’ll receive an acknowledgment email with everything you need to know—ordered parts, estimated ship date, terms, shipping details, and pricing. If there’s any issue, we’ll reach out right away to clarify. Your order is in good hands with us!

August was a special month for us as we celebrated Employee Appreciation Month! A few weeks ago, we dedicated an entire week to honoring our incredible team with fun activities each day.

On Monday, we kicked things off with a scavenger hunt, hiding logo stickers throughout the plant. For each one found, employees earned raffle tickets for our big Friday raffle. Tuesday brought delicious donuts and breakfast for everyone. Wednesday was a blast with an ice cream social—Dale even dressed up for the occasion! Thursday featured a gift card raffle, with everyone receiving a gift card to different locations around town. We wrapped up the week with a plant meeting and a fantastic Mexican lunch on Friday.

To top it all off, we celebrated Pete’s birthday in true DMC fashion by decorating his office, singing happy birthday, and sharing a cake (which, while it didn’t turn out as planned, gave us all a good laugh!).

It was a week full of fun, laughter, and appreciation for our dedicated team who make everything we do possible. Here’s to many more great moments together!
