FAQ~ Half Moon Valley Rentals:
Q.: Is there room for my boat and trailer?
A.: Yes. There is room to park your boat trailer at either 'The Big House' or the 'Glamping Cabin'.
Q.: How far are you from the nearest town?
A.: East Jordan is 3 miles away, Charlevoix a 5-minute drive & Boyne City is 20 minutes away.
Q.: We want to be 'out in the country' but we need a full kitchen and a work space.
A.: 'The Big House' is perfect for your group!
Q.: Do you allow pets?
A.: Absolutely!
Q.: What does 'off-grid' mean?
A.: Our Off-grid Glamping Cabin has no electricity, no running water, no heat/AC. This cozy cabin offers a more refined option to tent camping.
Q.: Can I rent directly through you rather than Airbnb?
A.: Yes, message us directly to make arrangements!
Q.: Can I rent for the whole summer?
A.: If the dates are already free, then yes.
Q. Why do you charge a cleaning fee?
A.: Because we want your stay to be as stress-free as possible. Enjoy your visit and let us tidy up.

A.: We are approximately 1/4 mile to the nearest Lake Charlevoix boat launch.

Stayed with kids
My family and I had an amazing stay, we wanted a glamping trip without being in a campground surrounded by other people and Jack & Annie’s location gave us that! Not only was the Airbnb perfect but so was our host! Before booking they already gave me a heads up about a festival in the area with an amazing firework show, but the entire time they answered questions and gave ideas on where to go! I definitely will be back to Jack & Annie’s in the future!
