First flight of 2025. Student flight with Nate Weeks because the winds were tricky.
The guys flew 3.5 hours over some beautiful ground. I had several cars follow the chase vehicle different parts of the flight. Beautiful cold Oklahoma morning.

Christmas At Coal Creek Vineyard & Winery starts at noon tomorrow.

Walk-in hot air balloon photos start at 2:00. $5.00
Santa and Grinch photos 2:30-4:30
Tether rides 4:30, 20.00 adults 15.00 for kiddos. Hot air balloon glow 5:30
Tree lighting 5:30
Ugly sweater contest starts at 5:00. Balloons are always weather permitting however tomorrow afternoon is looking good.
Lots of local vendors and food trucks. Bring the family and let’s have some fun.🤩

Christmas at Coal Creek is tomorrow at Noon.
Photos with Santa Kelly will be available from 2:30-4:30, and we will also have a visit from the Grinch.
The weather forecast suggests that the inclement weather expected tonight will clear by tomorrow, allowing us to proceed with hot air balloon activities.
We expect to begin tether rides in the balloons around 4:30 and initiate the balloon glow around 5:30. The tree lighting ceremony and ugly sweater contest are scheduled for 5:30. Furthermore, a range of vendors and food trucks will be participating.

Bring the kids out enjoy some hot chocolate, wine and great fun.
Visionary Balloonworx is excited for another great event with Coal Creek.

Contest at 5:00. Meet at the outdoor Christmas tree for the judges to see all your uglys! Winners will be announced during the Tree lighting and Balloon glow which starts at 5:30.

1st place: free admission for 4 to all 4, hot air balloon events in 2025 as well as tether ride for 4 at your choice of event. (Weather permitting)

2nd place: tether balloon ride foVisionary Balloonworx 14th tree lighting event. ( rain check given if needed)

Music, Vendors, Hot air balloon tether rides (weather permitting), Santa and food trucks. Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America will be there collecting donations.

FAQS-
🎅What is in the new 2025 bundle event VIP pass?!?!?! This a onetime purchase admission, parking, merchandise, and tether ride pass good for all 2025 events. Events include but are not limited to: Route 66 Balloon Festival, Coal Creek Vineyard & Winery Annual Balloon and Kite Festival, and new next year Spookapolusa! You will need one per person. Pass will also include merchandise bundle for each event.
🎁Can I give them as a gift for Christmas? Of Course, you can buy them for yourself or as a gift. We will need the recipient to contact us after they have received them or their information so when can contact them after the holidays for scheduling flights. At events VIP pass recipients will need to present their pass.
🎁How much are they? All costs are per passenger. Private rides for 2 are $300 per passenger, total $600 Group/shared rides are $200 per passenger up to 5 or 6 passenger’s total.
🎁How do you buy them? All certificates and passes are purchased directly through us. Call, text, email or direct message us anytime.
🎁How do I get the certificates once purchased? All certificates are endorsed and delivered in person if local or can be mailed to you in time to make it under the tree.
🎁How many can I buy? As many as you like. Group limits may apply for private ride (2 adults) and shared (5-6 adults) or combination of children. There is no cap on VIP passes.
🎁Can children fly? Absolutely, there is no age limit, kids need to be a minimum of 40" tall for a flight. Tethered rides no limits.
🎁When do you fly? We fly year around, sunrise or 2hrs prior to sunset. You can request a specific day, or schedule is based on weather and your availability. Flights are all weather dependent.
🎁How long is the certificate good for? All certificates and passes are hard copy and valid through 2025.
🎁Where can we use them? Anywhere we fly or have events.
