We are in the process of completing the Watauga River House for short term rental. We are taking reservations for Year 2023 September opening date. This location has rules and guidelines that you must follow. This is a 2 bath, 2 bedroom 1 king nectar med firm, and 1 twin medium, not bunk beds, 1 full size adjustable bed, 1 pull out. It is stocked just like home, we have plenty of parking, fenced in area, a boat ramp at this property, also private boat ramp and fishing at Stoney Creek /Watauga River that you may also use. A riverside seating area with fire pit and outdoor furniture. In addition we have an RV hook up for 50amp water, electric, + for an additional fee if needed, but will not be rented out unless it is to your group. We are 1.5 miles from town, close to everything. No extra fees to pay, but you do have a list of things that will need to be followed. The price is $165/night + tax with a 2 night minimum. If you stay 6 nights you get the next night free.
