Ah! The good ol' days! This is the demo from my show, "Chicks Who Rock". β€οΈπ€π€π§πΈ
My first official commercial demo from 20 years ago
In the mid to late '90s, an era when every radio station gave out the phone number for it's own "date line" and the latest cell phones were "alphanumeric which means you can store UP TO 40 of your closest friends' numbers", demos were sent out on cassette. (If you're under 25, you might want to Google that term.) In line with the times, I produced my first voice over demo and had Unisette make 100 copies for me, of which, I still probably have 75. This little time capsule not only makes me laugh, but it also makes me grateful for how far I've come.
"Read For The House"
I was very excited to be selected to voice a project for the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House. Here's the final product. :-)
I decided it was best to separate my radio and television imaging pieces into two demos. I didn't like that I had removed certain pieces in an effort to combine the two. Here's the revised radio imaging demo.
This was a fun one to produce. Here's my latest radio and television imaging demo.
I realize no one likes to get stuck on hold but when it's a necessity, perhaps it will be my voice you're hearing. Here's my latest IVR/on hold/auto attendant demo.
I refreshed my commercial demo yesterday. It's not as good as I'd like it to be but until I have time to write and record some new scripts, it will suffice.
Someday I hope to be heard on NatGeo or the Discovery Channel. Here's my refreshed documentary/narration demo.
was honored to contribute to this video. This man is truly an inspiration.
