Solid Ground Health Coaching Running and Wellness Coaching I believe that better health is available to anyone who is willing to do the work. Personal wellness is a key to happiness.

There is no secret to becoming fit; it depends on appropriately intense exercise, eating natural and whole foods, getting outside and taking the time for self-care. Being healthy makes us feel better about ourselves, and feeling better about ourselves makes us stronger in all aspects of our lives. When we take the time to care for ourselves, we become better parents, partners, friends, employees a

nd people. But getting started can be difficult. Having a coach or mentor to guide you in setting goals and to teach you the science behind the workouts and nutrition is invaluable. There is so much information out there about the best workouts and diets, and it can become overwhelming very quickly. As a USA-Track and Field certified coach with 12 years of experience, I will design a fitness plan specifically for you based on your need and strengths. I will also help you

*Step out of your comfort zone and take a deep breath of fresh air. My fitness plans are based primarily on running and walking but incorporate other elements such as yoga, stress-relief techniques, strength training, supportive and natural nutrition, and fitness journaling. I don’t believe in a lot of expensive equipment or fancy gadgets. If you have a good pair of shoes and a watch, you can head out the door and start making positive changes right now. If you are a beginner or if you are a long-time runner interested in running faster, more efficiently or competitively, I can give you the tools you need.
