For the last two nights in London, I stayed at The Londoner in Leicester Square. This modern five star hotel is just a few years old and is right in heart of everything.
From heated toilet seats (amazing!), to contemporary decor, this hotel is walking distance to theaters, museums, dining and shopping and a perfect location.
They have a lovely rooftop bar as well as live music. We were able to tour the penthouse suite which had a lovely view
of the city.
We were also able to tour The Mayfair Hotel, which is another hotel in the Edwardian Hotel Collection. This almost 100 year old hotel has beautiful rooms, several gorgeous meeting spaces and a theater that seats just over 200 people. Should you ever want to book the penthouse suite, you won’t be disappointed!

Let’s talk about The Ritz! This lavish five star hotel is 117 years old and located in the heart of London. With its posh tea service, Michelin star restaurant and beautiful Rivoli bar, there is no shortage of wonderful places to dine or to just have a drink.
We had a great site visit and got to see the Green Park Suite, which was spectacular.
The Ritz has been in many movies and TV shows. Notting Hill and the final episode Downton Abbey are just a few.
The five star service, location, opulent furnishings and beautiful architecture make this one of the greatest hotels
In the world.

I was fortunate to have been able to spend two nights at The Royal Cresent Hotel. This luxurious retreat has beautiful gardens and a is peaceful 5 star hotel in Bath.
It is over 250 years old and is located right in the middle of the cresent. It’s easy to feel as if you have stepped back through time. The dinner we had on the first night was terrific and I even had time to visit their lovely spa. A relaxing stay before heading back to London.
I highly recommend getting out to the English Countryside and seeing Bath and the Cotswolds. 2-3 days is the minimum so you can get a good feel of both areas.
And for fans of Jane Austen, Bath has a great center about her life and books.
A must see!

Yesterday I had a beautiful day visiting several Cotswolds villages.
The Cotswolds is a region in south west England with stone built villages and lovely rolling hills. May was a perfect time to visit with all the flowers and trees in bloom.
A big thank you to Cotswolds Tour and Travel for an excellent tour around the countryside. Our guide Rob was funny and so knowledgeable of the area.

Just finished a lovely 2 night stay at the Rosewood Hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel with a cute courtyard and a pop up outdoor restaurant. The service was great and I would definitely recommend staying at this 5 star property.
