There is just something extra special about in-home newborn sessions. Maybe it is the stack of freshly washed bottles drying next to the sink or the pile of newborn blankets lovingly knitted by friends and family. It could be the family dog running around and attempting to be a part of every shot. Perhaps, it is simply the fact that a little p**p is anticipated and laughed at when it happens. Either way, I love an in-home session and enjoyed my afternoon with this trio. Meet little Matteo! He is an absolute gift. 🍼

A wedding toast is a highlight of the wedding day. After having spent several hours with my couples and their family and friends, I start to feel like I really know them, but the wedding toast always offers me a deeper glimpse into the people that they are. The toasts that leave you with tears in your eyes both because of the sentiment being shared and the belly-laughs you have sustained, those are my favorites. 💚

I’m trying to be cheap and sorting through pictures on my phone in an attempt to delete enough so I don’t have to pay Apple more money to save my photos to their iCloud and realizing that there are so many sessions I never posted. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I've been married for over 17 years and Valentines Day isn't really a thing these days. You can imagine my surprise yesterday when my husband came home with a dozen chocolate covered strawberries. Later I found out they were leftover from an event at work. Still counts in my book. 😆🍓

When I first began photographing newborns I would bring a big, blue IKEA bag stuffed full of backgrounds, props, posing pillows and all the trendy things. Over the past few years I have found myself settling into a simpler type of newborn session that I have come to love. It's not about props or setups, it is about you and your new little one. It is cozy and sweet and relaxed. I always leave families with a heart overflowing instead of my gigantic IKEA bag. Thank you Gabe & Melissa for allowing me to document these fleeting moments with your precious little man. 💙

We are in full summer mode over here and spending our days soaking up the glorious Erie summer weather. Posting regularly has been happily set on the back burner… 😅

Hi, my name is Lawrence and I have the coolest parents around. 😎

If you are looking for a wedding venue, I’d highly recommend Bear Ridge. On top of being just plain gorgeous, the owners are absolutely lovely and you’ll love working with them to plan your day. ✨ Oh… and I haven’t actually ever seen a bear there. So, I wouldn’t worry about that. 😜🐻

Winter is over and my creative side is ALIVE!! I thought it would be fun to throw my kids in our garden and let them just play for a few photos to see if would work for an actual session. It ended up being a blast! My son (yes… a 12 year old boy!) even told me it was so fun! 🌱 Because we loved it so much, I’ve decided to open up our garden for a few mini-sessions before we actually plant it. 😂 Dates available: May 1 - 6:30 May 3, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, or 16 - 6 or 6:30 Cost is $160 for the 20 minute session and all digital files. Come enjoy this beautiful spring with me!! 🪴☀️💦
