Mary graduated from Edinboro University with a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. She currently holds the Certification for Rehabilitation Counselors. Her experience includes over 25 years in the field of mental health and intellectual disabilities, developing systems of care for mental health populations. She has designed behavioral health care management programs, including a Medicaid-managed care system. Mary has developed peer service programs that are recognized as model programs.
