With a family history of U.S. military service spanning from the Revolutionary War through the Vietnam War, we pause today to reflect on the amazing personal sacrifice of the fallen soldiers who served alongside our family members in protecting the interests of our democratic republic across the globe. In this season of global turmoil, we pray for the peace amongst warring neighbors that only God can provide - a peace that supersedes geographic boundaries, political agendas, or spiritual ideals.

After a season of prayerful planning and, most importantly, constructing, we are getting extremely close to the big reveal of the finished project! Available for rental this summer through LakeStay, Carriage House at Chelsea Cottage is a unique apartment with 2 true bedrooms (no sleeping lofts or ladders!) and 2 full baths located off Park Lane that sleeps 6 and offers close proximity to The Meeting House, the new Mama Tig's, and the new Aqua Playground from Lake Days! We want to extend our sincere appreciation to our neighbors for their patience with the minor inconveniences during the construction process as well as the team at Anchor Home Development for their diligence in seeing the project to completion. Looking forward to officially making the big reveal soon.

Get ready to immerse yourself in the festive charm of “Shamrock Bazaar,” a St. Patrick’s Day Extravaganza that magically appears at the Pop-Up Shops on Water Street in the heart of Carlton Landing. This Pop-Up shopping experience is a celebration of all things green and whimsical. This event is sure to be a treasure trove of unique finds.

To add an extra layer of excitement, the Shamrock Bazaar will host live music, face painting, and inflatables. The Lamb and the Wolf Food, Hungry Lotus, and Mama Tigs Trucks will be at the Festival Lawn offering a wonderful selection of cuisine for lunch and dinner. This lively atmosphere invites attendees of all ages to join in the celebration.

We had a most wonderful evening celebrating Halloween with our community of Carlton Landing. A special thank you to our friends at LakeStay for promoting opportunities to bring additional guests to town to enjoy the festivities with us. The popcorn station was a hit, with almost 300 served. We’ll definitely see what’s in store for 2023!
