He probably feels a little like this, but he also loves it because Disney World trips make our kids so happy. Anyone else’s significant other feel this way? 😂 Share this video with them!! #familytravel #familyvacation #familymemories #travelingwithkids #disneywithtoddlers #disneyland #disneyworld #disneyvacation #travelingwithtoddlers
Took a quick date night trip to cash in on my Christmas present to Nick. We saw his favorite band, Thursday, and one of my favorites, Silverstein, and had a blast! It was a great show and we had a delicious dinner beforehand at Midwood Smokehouse.

Disney World Frequently Asked Questions from my clients Part 1!
Let’s chat parks at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. If you’re planning your first visit to Disney you’re probably overwhelmed with questions and maybe some of them seem simple, but you’re getting conflicting information online. Let me help sort it out for you! Let’s go back to basics and break it down.
First up: Which parks are in Florida?
1. Magic Kingdom - Classic Castle park - Mickey Mouse, fireworks, the most family friendly for ALL ages
2. Hollywood Studios - classic Hollywood movies - Thrill Rides - Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge - Toy Story Land
3. EPCOT - Future and innovation - Surprisingly VERY family friendly - also home to my favorite coaster - Cosmic Rewind - Exploring around the world
4. Animal Kingdom - Wildlife, Conservation, Adventure - Realistic safari ride - BEST shows
So that’s Florida broken down to basics. What should we cover next? Let me know in the comments!

One of the most asked questions of parents that are considering their first trip to Disney World is “What is the best age to take my kids for the first time?” This also gets asked as “Is my toddler too young to take to Disney World? Is there enough to do? Is it worth it?”
If you’ve ever asked these questions, here’s my answer. Take the trip. No matter the age it’s always worth it. For toddlers, kids under 3 are free so there’s less investment at stake. We’ve taken all three of our boys at or before they turned 8 months old and it has always been magical. There are plenty of rides they can ride and they will still get excited over characters. Seeing Disney through my kids eyes is what creates so much magic for me and it’s why we keep going back.
When you book a trip with me I’ll give you all my top tips for traveling to Disney World with young children and give you my list of must have items to make park days easier.

Looking ahead into 2025 we have some big plans for this year. First we’ll be finding a new home and moving to Savannah, GA or Bluffton, SC. If yall are interested I’ll take you along on our journey. Let me know in the comments!
After we buy a house we’ll decide on our vacations for this year. We have a Carnival cruise on our radar for this year as well as Disney World and EPIC Universe.
In our day to day we’ll also have plenty to explore in Bluffton, Hilton Head, Tybee Island, and Savannah. This will make me uniquely qualified to help you plan trips to these destinations as well and I can’t wait for the adventure.

It’s true! This tiny little corner of the park is jam packed with things to do and see. One thing I would love to do on our next trip is spend some more time in Super Nintendo World.
Here are the activities that could keep a family busy for hours:
1. Ride Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge (honestly our kids would do this over and over again, it’s great)
2. Play interactive games and Key Challenges against Bowser Jr
3. Meet Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad
4. Dine at Toadstool Cafe
5. Shop to your hearts content at the 1-UP Factory
We have powerup bands and have never played the games, only collected coins and the Key Challenges are definitely something I would like to participate in next time.
Meeting the characters is always a blast (and I’ll have a funny tip about this in the next week or so that surprised me)
We will have Super Nintendo World packed with one additional ride + Donkey Kong Country in Florida Next Year!! If you’re interested in planning a trip for your family next summer to EPIC Universe send me a DM. I’d love to chat and put you on a list to be contacted first when tickets become available.

Here is our exact day (with timestamps) at Disney’s California Adventure and Disneyland with a group of 16 that included a 5 year old, 3 year old, 1 year old, and an infant.
The key to touring the parks as a group is deciding what you want to do all together and where you can split up and cater to everyone’s interests for the day.
We had a blast of a fun packed day. I didn’t intend to have us stay from rope drop to close, but our kids are absolute troopers and just want to keep doing the next thing. We actually skipped a lot of things we wanted to see, but we got to do SO MUCH and had an absolute blast!
What questions do you have about our day? I’d be happy to answer anything!
This should absolutely show you I know how to handle a day at Disney and I’d love to help guide you through planning your own! Click the link in my bio to schedule a planning consult with me! ✨

Taking a plane trip with kids? What should you bring? 🛩️
My best advice is to bring a lot of snacks! Keep those mouths and fingers busy with a small “snackle” box. I got these ones from @target in the dollar spot section and they were perfect for our trip to California. 🥨
We also let them watch movies on their tablets that they rarely get to use at home. 🤷🏻♀️
I can help you with more tips like this if you plan your trip with me! What kinds of things do you pack in your carry on for plane trips? ✈️

My top tip for getting kids excited for vacation is….a paper chain countdown. Our kids absolutely love these and get so excited to pull a link off every day. We’ve made them up to 60 days ahead of time before 😱
This idea came from @busytoddler and it’s a great one. It really helps kids visualize the countdown because days, weeks, months are so abstract to them when they are this small.
What is your favorite way to countdown to a trip or exciting event?

Day 8: Heading home
Here is the final video from our California vacation. The saddest day leaving our family and heading back home. We had such a fun trip.
On the way back the boys thought pilots on all planes are now their best friends and got to see the cock pit again. Then the parking shuttle guy tried to get Easton to talk into the walkie talkie on the bus but he was being shy.
Now that we’ve had a Birds Eye view of the trip what tips and tricks do you want to know? What kind of advice do you need when traveling with your family?
I’ll dig in deeper to our theme park days and give some packing tips so keep following along here!
