Our Story

Bauer's Spruce Island Chalets accommodates those in need of transitional housing with month to month rentals or long term needs with 6 month and annual leases. The one-bedroom, three-bedroom and 4-bedroom chalets offer full kitchens, living rooms. Our studios for 1 or 2 are great for empty nesters visiting their kids and grandkids and for those on temporary work assignment. Furnished with fully equipped kitchens and linens provided. Chalets may be rented unfurnished with one year lease.

After 70 years as a vacation rental lodge we are transitioning to rentals of a minimum of 30 days, but 6 month or one year leases will be given preference.
