Collaborative goal setting. If you're local, one face-to-face meeting per month, which could be skill-based instruction, a training run/ride/hike/paddle, or a cup of water/coffee/beer to discuss your goals, progress, etc. I use TrainingPeaks as the primary system for delivering your workouts. It's a powerful, dynamic, web-based tool, and athletes can seamlessly enter and access workouts using a computer or phone app. TrainingPeaks allows us to make the most of data like heart rate, elevation, power, cadence, and more--if you like that kind of thing (no pressure to pay attention to any of that stuff if you don't want to). I'm also active on Strava, Endomondo, and other platforms, and we can use those, if you like. "Always-on" communication: text, phone, email. References to desired resources such as massage, chiropractor, skills coaches, etc.
Hourly skills instruction available: $60/hr. Clinics, camps, seminars, and home visits for training groups are held regularly. Please contact me for details or to host a group keynote at your home or location.
