Planning my amazing adventure. At first I was very worried about traveling on my own. Would I be lonely? Would I get bored? But I realized when I travel by myself I can do what I want. I can go as fast or slow as I want. I can go to Hyde Park and do a reading if I want or jump on the tourist bus and visit Buckingham Palace. I can go to a book store or find London's oldest tea shop for a cup of tea.

The more I research the more I realize that this is exactly what I needed to do. Even though I would much rather be going with Kaitlyn, I am finding that I can do this on my own and it's going to be amazing.

I have so many places I want to visit that my biggest issue is going to be able to fit it all in and not take the time to enjoy myself. Vacations have always been nonstop for me so this is going to be challenging.

• 1 tbsp Basil, fresh
• 1 tsp Garlic, fresh
Condiments
• 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, aged
Baking & Spices
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
• 1/4 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
• 1/3 cup Olive oil, extra virgin
Dairy
• 2 tsp Parmesan cheese

Did you know you can stay at a castle in The United Kingdom? I am trying to decide between the trip I had planned … 3 days in London then a cruise to Germany and Netherlands. OR. A trip to London, Dublin and Edinburgh where u could stay in this amazing castle where Mary Queen of Scot’s used as a hunting lodge!!!!

For my photographer friends…. When you vacation do you use just your phone or take your favorite dsl? I have seen a few videos that say not to take your dsl camera anymore because it shows your a tourist, weighs you down and asks for someone to steal from you. Hmmmm

Yes taking photos with your phone is easy and quick but even as good as phones are now a days I don’t think it can compare to my canon or Nikon
