Triplet bucks for Oreo sired by Dirty Banana. Yes, that makes all 9 kids born so far this year BUCKS! 😬

Fortunately they are all out of proven does with good LA scores and milk stars. I will be offering them for a short time intact with registration before letting any go as wethers/unregistered. Better photos coming in the next couple days but otherwise, PM for more info :) Lots of cou clair!

Dervish finally kicked off kidding season with twin bucks sired by Dragonfly SD Solar Flare in the wee hours of the morning. They were a bit "overcooked" and it was not an easy delivery but so far everyone seems to be doing ok. Moonflower, Andromeda, and Oreo Kookie are also due this week!

***All Roosters have found homes ***

We have some extra roosters looking for homes! 2 are small-medium sized (the frizzle and the cream one) and the other two are standard size. I may have another frizzle rooster that can go as well. The one pictured is missing some feathers because he got in a brawl with the new guy but they will grow back :)

It's been a rough, cold winter (is it over yet??) so I have not been in a hurry for kidding to start but ready or not, we will be kidding soon! Dervish will be up first and is due this week!

Update on waterers...they were frozen this morning but it was easy enough to break through. One only had one horse drinking from it, the other is in my junior doe pasture. I imagine they won't freeze today but will check later. We were at -1 this morning. For reference, our creek is just about frozen over as well and that is a pretty rare occurrence.

So far I have been pretty impressed with these waterers. The next few days will definitely be the real test!
