With all the chaos of the holidays, I don't believe I posted about our new litter of Anatolian Shepherds! Sulé had 5 puppies sired by Hiro, 3 boys and 2 girls ❤️ Pups are 2 weeks old, growing well and just starting to open their eyes.

We have a mature adult spayed barn cat looking for a new home. She is fairly friendly but is not good at using a litter box so not suitable as a housecat. PM if interested!

Some may have noticed, I haven't posted any newly fresh udder pictures of Pixie yet. That would be because this is how it goes on the milk stand still 🙄 She better watch it because I am looking for reasons to thin the herd! 🤣

This young man had a date tonight! I was going to try and AI Supernova to Farm Oldedouth WP War Cry but unfortunately my tank is 3 hrs away and I didn't want to miss this cycle. Man on the Moon actually goes back to War Cry (a few generations back) but also this is kind of an interesting line breeding with his dam being 1/2 sister to Nova. I really like a lot of things about both of these does (excellent brisket extension, front legs set well under them, length of body to name a few)!

Fall kidding update:

All kids are currently reserved or retained. There is one other doe that I have been waiting on who pregnancy tested positive but I am thinking she may actually not be pregnant so that might be it for fall kids.

We are currently accepting reservations for Spring 2025 kids. First does are due in February!

I made a couple changes to breeding plans. Arrowroot was bred yesterday to Sunkist and Bubbly. Dirty Banana was bred to Petite Sirah. We are winding down breeding season (hopefully) with just a few does left to breed.
