Amazing location! Enjoy our 4BR/2BA home in Falmouth Heights, walk to the beach in under 10 mins! The second bathroom was completely renovated in October 2017.

Our home features approx. 1100 sq feet of living space, with a kitchen, four person dining area, living room, two bedrooms and two full baths, and an attached one car garage. The home is decorated with a variety of beachy and nautical pieces and colors to create the perfect coastal experience. One of our favorite features is the private patio/courtyard space with a new [2018] fire pit table, patio

furniture, and grill. It's perfect for both your morning coffee and breakfast as well as cooking out and relaxing after a great day at the beach. The small back and side yard space is now completely fenced in with available lighting all the way around, great for a game of corn-hole (boards and bags available!) any time of day. There is also a comfortable front porch space with two adirondack chairs and a bench, which is great for relaxing at any time of day. On the inside, the master bedroom has a newer [2017] queen size bed, with a master bath and walk-in closet. Mini-split A/C was added in April 2019 to keep you cool when the temps and humidity rise. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and has a window A/C unit available in the summer months. There is a newer [2017] queen size sleeper sofa in the living room (with an available memory foam mattress topper for extra comfort), and for entertainment there is a 40-in flat screen TV with cable and a Roku device with Netflix and streaming services for your use. A second mini-split A/C unit was added in the living room as well, and it does a great job of keeping things cool. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2019, featuring new cabinetry and an island, lighting, quartz counters, and a new fridge and microwave. It also has a Bertazzoni gas stove. Essentials (utensils, pots/pans, paper towels, etc.) are all available for your use! To top it off, beach essentials (towels, beach chairs, cooler) are available for your use as well! Other amenities include a full size washer and dryer, board games and books for the family, and a bluetooth speaker!

While it was bittersweet to say goodbye to our cottage on Quinsigamond Ave last week, we're excited to finally share some details about the NEW Falmouth Heights Life house! Just a few blocks over from where we were, our new home will comfortably sleep 11, with four bedrooms, two full baths, an outdoor shower, and a huge yard with firepit to make the most out of the long summer days and nights. Two walkable beach options - Falmouth Heights Beach and Bristol Beach - each just an easy 7-8 minute walk away. Enjoy kayaking or paddleboarding? Bring yours along, a launch spot on Little Pond is just around the corner as well. We can't wait to share more as there is a lot of work underway, but here are a few preview pics to get started. BIG UPDATE!! With a growing family, retired parents, and a long list of nieces and nephews that enjoy spending time with us at the Cape, we've been on the lookout for a home that better suits our changing needs while still in the location we love. We're happy to announce we're under contract to purchase another home a few streets over from our current location in Falmouth Heights (we will still be renting it part time - more details coming soon!)...BUT we're also bittersweetly announcing that our current property on Quinsigamond Ave will be going up for sale next week.

Owning a home on Cape Cod - nevermind one in a great location like this - has been a dream come true and we've been so lucky to both make our own memories here as well as be a part of so many of yours. It's tough to let this house go but we're very much looking to get into our new home and starting the next phase from there. Some pops of color for out back and new siding and shutter paint are certainly helping the summer vibes roll in. Temps around 70 degrees don't hurt either!

Certainly felt like Spring this weekend in the Heights. Absolutely pristine. Our summer calendar is already full through mid-September, but there are still some prime slots left in April and May. Get 'em before they're gone, or get ahead of a Fall getaway!
