Grab Your Paintbrush! Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts Begins Jan. 8, 2021

A global celebration of the visual, culinary and performing arts is on its way to Walt Disney World Resort early next year, as the Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is set for Jan. 8 – Feb. 22, 2021.

The Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts offers fun for the whole family. Here is just a sketch of what to expect when the event debuts in January:

* Indulge in over 15 Food Studios serving culinary art all around World Showcase
* Explore and purchase the brilliant and diverse work of Disney and other invited artists on display in marketplaces encircling World Showcase Lagoon
* Step into the scene at special photo locations scattered around the park
* Participate in a paint-by-number mural that serves as a collaborative art project for all
* Watch as visiting artists create magic right before your eyes
* Catch performances by favorite EPCOT musical artists Mariachi Cobre and the JAMMitors.
* Join an artful scavenger hunt and search for Figment around World Showcase
* Shop for festival-exclusive merchandise

You can now book a boarding group from your resort hotel or nearby Disney Parks beginning at 7 am on your Hollywood Studios day. If you’re hoping for the second round of boarding groups after 2pm, you’ll still need to be in the park to book!

Cinderella Castle at Walt Disney World Resort is going to receive Royal Makeover for it's 50th Anniversary!
But don’t worry! We’ll still get to catch all of our castle favorites like “Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire” and “Happily Ever After.” With all the new enhancements and attractions coming, now is the time to book for fall 2020!

Refurbished Little Mermaid Rooms at Disney's Art of Animation Resort!!

This is HUGE!!!!

The amount of changes in these are similar to the rest of the resort refurb - hard floors, USBs in the dressers, updated countertops and such, fresh paint with an accent wall. The only MAJOR difference is that it now has 2 QUEEN beds instead of full and under-bed storage should help out a bit.
They're in Building 7 right now working through these rooms, and some in 8 are done as well. They still won't give a time frame for completion, but I would personally estimate in the next 4-6 months max based on how quickly they have been moving!

Disney Villains After Hours has begun at Magic Kingdom® Park on select nights through July 10, 2020!

So many fun things to see and do at this exclusive after hours event! Tickets for Disney Villains After Hours are available to purchase in advance for $145 plus tax or $155 plus tax on the event night. Event tickets allow entry as early as 7 p.m., which gives you time to enjoy fireworks before heading off to the attractions. Select complimentary snacks and beverages are also included in the cost of admission.

And you can show off your sinister side by dressing in attire inspired by your favorite baddie!
