needed. Also have on property 2 person Kayak for your use & enjoyment anytime. We offer Daily, Weekly & Weekends rental depending on availability. All bedrooms & main gallery of house have their own Direct TV. If you are looking for a great Fire Island Pines experience, hassle free & no drama, just plain fun & relaxation, this is the place for you. Keep in mind prices start as low as $325 & up a night with 2 night minimum stay or more & Holiday pricing only $375 & up a night with 3 night minimum stay or more is required (2 person limit per room & or Cottage) utilities included. We have a room for PINES PARTY we decided to rent and is available! We have a room with a full size bed with air conditioning and Directv! It has a 2 person limit to the room and is only $425 a night 3 nights required or more if you like which if more you will get a discount. This is the McKenna Oasis, Fire Island Pines whom a lot of boys are very familiar with and know very well. Our dear MO family khaled and Kyle Meyer of 490 tarpon are looking for their cat Kevin. It is a domesticated indoor cat and does not go out. Well it happens he went missing last night and got out of the house. So please if you see this cat please contact them immediately cell number 646-388-1782! Please help them they are so worried as of course we all would be if it was one of us and our pets!

A Private Charming Little Cottage with Air Conditioning, private full cedar bathroom. Flat screen direct TV & Free WiFi. Located on property fully enclosed outdoor shower & washer and dryer on premises (washer & dyer for weekly renters only unless owner is doing wash on weekends). Full service kitchen located in main house with Dishwasher, Air Conditioning, free WiFi, outside gas BBQ grille & Hot Tub on front deck with spectacular views of sunset & wood burning fireplace used in spring & fall season. We supply all bedding & bath linens, beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Also have on property 2 person Kayak for your use & enjoyment anytime.

Daily, Weekends or Weekly rental available. Also two bedrooms in main house available for renting. One room has Queen size bed with air conditioner and other is full size bed without air conditioner, prices vary. All bedrooms & main gallery of house have their own Direct TV & Free WiFi. Fresh Grounded Coffee every morning served in the main house!!
